I hired Douglas to install a ceiling fan and two cat doors. One door was an internal door leading from the kitchen and into the pantry. The second door was from inside the pantry, through the wall and into the garage.
I was very happy with Douglas responsiveness and punctuality. He arrived with some help from Matthew and after a brief discussion, they were able to complete all three tasks in just three hours.
Douglas took his time measuring and making sure the cat door going into the garage was perfect. He was not only able to place it where we wanted, he made sure there was no obstruction from electrical, plumbing and the like.
The quality of the work was superb and I look forward to hiring both of them for future projects. I highly recommend him if you are looking for any projects around the house.

I would check all 5 criteria if the app allowed me. The most trustworthy, honest, skilled people I have hired . They had my full house while I was in Portugal for 3 weeks. Garage organization, faucets, plumbing, toilet installation, cleaning and organizing the entire kitchen. Power washed the house. Soft washed the roof. Left my house in perfect condition. No leftover material, dust or dirt. Can say enough about these two men.

Doug & or Matthew are the best! Friendly, responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I've actually used them for multiple handyman projects including refurbishing outdoor furniture, patio heaters, painting, cleaning my kegerator, etc. They show up when they are supposed to, they do what they say they will do, and they leave their workspace spotless.
