- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with the customer, once contact completed. A field inspection will be completed as needed to ensure accuracy in the scope of working being completed. Once inspection is completed, a detailed estimate with be provided to ensure all pricing is communicated to customer. A follow up email sent within 48 hrs to answer any questions or concerns.

Property claims adjuster for 8yrs prior, got to see both sides of repair process. I realized there was a lot of people needing someone knowledgeable and could trust, even with the smaller projects.
