FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a hospital is requiring a physician to get coaching, and they are paying there is a different price structure, since it involves much more reporting and interacting with administrators. As a general rule, the rates are more in line with consulting fees. If a physician is paying out of pocket I always consider his or her circumstances. As a general rule, in this instance, the rates are in line with counseling fees. I do pro bono coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Neuroleadership, World Conferences on Coaching, Harvard Medical School Coaching Conference, Happiness or Positive Psychology Coaching (UPENN), Coaching practices specific to working with physicians.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working one-on-one. I have held jobs with high demands and much responsibility, yet I was always drawn to getting to know the individual. Many say I am a natural at what I do, and all my assessments would point to that as well.
