Donald was our handyman. He let us know about 15 minutes in advance of when he was coming. I really appreciated the notification. He was very polite and professional. They were so good at communicating with me. They gave me options on how to respond to them since I couldn't be on the phone alot. They always let me know before they came over so I could let my elderly parent be prepared for company. Everyone was nice and understanding.
