Introduction: I do a very thorough job in that I've had clients who have thought certain stains on counter-top or in sink (examples) were just there to stay. I Google everything like that to find the best way to take those stains out without harming surfaces. I always find information on how to clean delicate surfaces such as marble for example before I undertake cleaning such surfaces b/c I never want a customer to regret their choice of using my service for any reason. Every client is special to me and their home is also special so that I treat it even better than I do my own. Having clients express how clean and fresh their home is after I leave. Most of them make sure I know they appreciate me in their own way and that is so satisfying to me ,it is what has kept me going for so many years in this business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. I've never h ad a disagreement with a client on pricing. They're usually more than fair on that subject.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned before, I keep up on Google and other means on what products to use on various tasks and surfaces.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went with a friend on one of her jobs (with clients approval) just to kind of keep her company and help her out some and I got so into what I was doing , before I knew it we were done and the homeowner came home from work and was blown away with all we had accomplished and the excellent job we had done. It was such a great feeling I just had to get started on my own.
