Mark is a professional and I appreciate he really listens to the details of what I want. He gets me involved in the details of picking out the countertop at a local store. I had my eye on kitchen cabinets through Surplus Warehouse, which is where I wanted to buy them from, he was very happy to accommodate. I wanted my new cabinets to be higher and staggered and he will tell me what he can do and if it won't work he will let me know. His feedback is important. He knows most customers have a budget and I provided him a price range I am looking to spend on specific items and he is very happy to stick with my needs. He keeps me up-to-date on timeframe the cabinets will come in, how long it will take the countertop to be delivered. This kitchen remodel has been stress free. When project is done I will upload pictures.

Mark came out to put up my ceiling fan. The fan was missing some parts, so he advised me on what to do. He is coming back to finish the job on Monday, for no additional cost. He also replaced 6 electrical plugs. I would use Mark again.

none. he did work hard but I doubt he has the experience needed to get it done right. my bathroom repair was estimated a 3 day job took a month. Yes, out of a bathroom for a month. He had to learn to do some of the stuff on my job and it cost me time and money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to bid jobs with labor and materials all included. I will work hourly, but prefer not to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to the project location in a timely manner. Always ready to take any notes for the bid. I then compile info on the materials needed. Then send a quote based on labor and materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with a couple builders and found I loved it.
