Very polite, quick response time, great communication and very fair quote (I got 3 quotes and he was right on target with the others). I ended up hiring Josh and his wife Larissa many times for lots of projects (painting, electrical, pressure washing, TV mounts, building furniture, drywall repair and more). Always fast turn around. They take no shortcuts and are super clean. They take pride in every task as if it were their own house. Josh is now my permanent go to guy for all my house needs as he can pretty much do everything. I'm so glad I found him because I no longer need to figure out who to hire or give me quotes. He's my go to guy for everything now and I hope he always will be! A++ Absolutely would hire again and again!

Just moved into a new house with a lot of issues that needed to be fixed. Josh came and handled them all with professionalism, class, and grace. I am going to use him for other projects as well! Joshua replaced a number of rotten wood for my house. He did excellent job. He is very flexible for extended work scope. My original quote was for three pieces of wood board but he found some more rotten spots. Joshua ended up replacing six pieces without increasing much of the original quote. He is very responsive starting with my quote. He had answered my every question in timely manner. He also communicated his ETA time before hand. I definitely will recommend Joshua and will hire him again in my next project.

We offer free estimates and consultations. From there, depending on the project, we charge per job being done. We do not regularly supply the material without extra fees unless it is a small job requiring minimal or smaller materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate, contract, first half of payment, complete work, rest of payment, happy customer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire working life has been spent in construction and building.
