Byway Plumbing is the best!!! My hot water heater went out on June 26th. Select Home Warranty linked me with James. He came out and did a "temporary fix" but told me I would need to replace the control valve and burner assembly. He submitted this to Select Home Warranty. They delayed their response.The water heater shut down again right before July 4th. James communicated with me during the holiday and came back the next day and was able to get it lit again. He did not charge me for this service!Select Home Warranty then "fired" James because he asked them to order the parts. They hired a new technician who refused to come out because Select had not paid him for 7 invoices. I told James my situation and he then resubmitted a bid with him ordering the parts.Select then said it would reimburse me $250 to either put towards a new water heater or repair the old one. Since the water heater was 13 years old, we decided to replace it.James worked with me to get the highly rated Bradford White water heater.Elijah and an associate came out Friday and installed the new heater. They did an amazing job and hauled everything off. One thing I really appreciate is ByWay plumbing always gives you a very close estimate as to when they will come so you are not waiting all day.James came by right after they left to check to make sure that everything was in order. He affirmed they did everything correctly and went over all the aspects of the new heater.James went over and beyond in helping me with this issue. He answered all my questions that I sent via text (and I sent quite a few!!!)James is very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend ByWay Plumbing to all my friends! I truly cannot express enough gratitude towards someone going the extra mile in a very difficult situation.

James and his crew are great. He was recommended by numerous friends on Facebook so I shot him a message . He quickly worked with me to schedule a free consultation. He installed a new shutoff valve/box for the main water line outside. They did a great job, so I had him quote a couple of bathtub/shower removals and installations. The work was completed in just a couple of days and looked fantastic! Would highly recommend based on the value, communication, responsiveness, and integrity.

Communicated extremely well on arrival time.James was very thorough in inspecting my hot water heater. He was able to do a semi fix so I would have hot water. He told me he would deal with the warranty company to try to get the parts needed for a more permanent fix.James was easy to understand. He made sure I had all his contact information in case anything else went wrong.
