- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, honest, and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is quoted based on its scope, and we provide detailed estimates before work begins. We also offer discounts on select projects and for military, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s needs and, when needed, scheduling an on-site visit. We provide a clear estimate, answer any questions, complete the work safely and efficiently, and make sure the customer is satisfied before the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 28 years of hands-on electrical experience, I have graduated from electrical apprenticeship program, stay current with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and industry standards. We are committed to continuing education and completing every project safely and professionally
