- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and competitive. Service fees vary based on location, urgency, location services and the number of attempts required. Routine service includes three attempts and timely status updates. Rush and same-day service are available for an additional fee. I provide clear pricing upfront with no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your documents and service details, I review the assignment and confirm any special instructions. I then begin service attempts, keeping you informed throughout the process. Once service is completed, I provide a signed proof or affidavit of service promptly. If service cannot be completed, I document all attempts and discuss available next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work along side my husband, who is a licensed private investigator. We both have an extensive law enforcement and investigation background. I was a deputy sheriff assigned to the judicial services as a bailiff for over 4 years. My husband was municipal police officer and detective for more than 10 years.
