Met with E.A.C Appliance Rehab tech today. He arrived at scheduled time. He introduced himself as James, his hand extended for a greeting handshake. James talked to my husband concerning the whereabouts of the appliance we needed help with. Dennis took him to the deep freezer in the garage and James immediately went to work. James checked the freezer for what we thought would have needed a new fan or Freon due to the freezer not cooling. James explained that it wasn’t neither of those issues and showed us where the drain was freezing so the frost free couldn’t do its job and ice was backing up. Dennis and I asked him to clear the areas needed to fix the problem. By the time he finished we were very satisfied. James picked up and cleaned everything. The area was cleaner when he finished than when he started. James is knowledgeable, professional and represents his uniform with pride. The price is acceptable as well.
