Sam responded within 30 minutes of posting the job. I called and explained what the issues were, and he instinctively knew what needed to be done.
He was out at the house within an hour and did exactly what he said he would do. Sam is very personable and knows his business. He is a one man show, so the person you speak to on the phone is the person who showed up to do the work. Price was reasonable and exactly what he said it would be. Excellent work for a great price. Our kitchen sink backed up on a weekend. I submitted a Thumbtack plumber request at 11:00pm on a Sunday evening and by 7:30am on Monday, Sam Cook responded that was available. He immediately came to the house and fixed the problem by 9:30am. Very responsive, professional, friendly and reasonably priced for the difficulty of the job. I now have Sam in my contacts for future plumbing needs.
