- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Maid Nation our prices are reasonable, we offer several discounts for recurring jobs. We also gives a clean cash for new, regular and referrals customers it can be used towards any service even add-on services too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will introduce ourselves firstly, ask if their is any special products they would prefer us to use, if their is any additional chores they would want to add to their cleaning service. Upon our arrival we will then ask to look around the premises just to have a clear view of what's needed to get the job done. During and after the job we will ask customers to check all our cleaning and to let us know if we had missed anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the late 1980's the owner started cleaning as an employee in small college town in Michigan. Approximately one year after starting decided to start his own company and began to grow it. The General Manager worked in a long term adult care facility as office manager and help clean rooms and common areas. The past few years has had a huge impact on our learning curve. We've cleaned hundreds of homes and businesses and of course YouTubed a million videos!
