When my kitchen light died the afternoon before the 4th Holiday, I thought it would be days if not weeks before I could find someone to fix it. But Titans said they would look at it first thing on the 5th. They showed up on time; changed out the kitchen light, and also dealt with additional less-urgent work that I asked them to do since they were here. All at a reasonable price. Nelson was professional, and communicated well to this layman. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, especially after hearing so many stories of tradesmen failing to respond to phone calls or meet appointments. Highly recommended.
