I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Garrett and his team at Diamond State Home Services.

We’ve been working through the build-out of an apartment, and as anyone who has taken on a renovation project knows, things rarely go exactly according to plan. We ran into several unexpected issues along the way, and this is where Garrett and his team really separated themselves from everyone else I’ve worked with.

Garrett has an incredible ability to think outside the box. When a problem came up, his first response was never simply to suggest the easiest or most expensive solution. He would take the time to look at the situation properly, explain the different options, and find a practical, cost-effective solution while still maintaining an exceptional standard of quality.

One of the things I have appreciated most throughout the entire project has been the communication. Garrett has kept me updated constantly. I’ve never been left wondering what was happening, what the next step was, or why something was being done a certain way. He has taken the time to explain every single detail of the project to me — sometimes things most contractors probably wouldn’t even think to mention. He explains the problem, the solution, the reasoning behind it, the costs involved, and what the finished result should look like.

That level of transparency gives you a tremendous amount of confidence, especially when dealing with a complicated renovation.

The attention to detail has also been exceptional. It’s obvious that Garrett and his team take pride in their work. They don’t just look at how to get a job finished — they look at how to get it finished properly. The workmanship, professionalism, problem-solving, communication, and overall quality have exceeded my expectations.

What has impressed me most is that I genuinely feel like Garrett looks at the project as if it were his own property. He considers the long-term solution, the cost, the quality, and what makes the most sense rather than simply trying to get through the next job.

Good, honest, hard working young men! Stayed with it until I was satisfied and some of it was just lack of communication on my part, but they were troopers and worked great with me and got all done.
We didn’t just developed a great working relationship with them we developed an awesome friendship with them.

Garrett and his crew did an amazing job of putting up my gazebo. While they were here I asked if he would be able to put a back on kitchen cabinets where there used yo be a wall. He went to Lowed, got the supplies needed and built one for me. He retired and put new sockets in. I will definitely be using him agsin.
