I ran a salon that was a boutique. I had a layout in mind. He built it (stunning) and he also maintained all the electric & plumbing! All the shampoo bowls, pedicure chairs ect. I increased my portfolio in business and added Airbnbs. Which he built in spaces other contractors denied or said wasn't possible. Not only was IT POSSIBLE, they are running 5 star hosting 6years & counting!! He strives to find more affordable ways to build and continues to work with the customer on upgrades to add equity. You'll never look back when you realize not all jobs are created equal. You need someone who can work anywhere or on anything. I can't thank him enough! Only to say give him a call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $40 with one time truck fee (Variable depending on mileage) and a 1 hour minimum charge. Depending on travel time, I may ask if you have any other work to be done to minimize the back and forth driving.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please don't get frustrated when I ask a lot of questions- I want to provide great service and without actually seeing the project area, it necessitates getting as much information as I can. I love serving the customer and I want to do a great job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC training through York Technical Institute. This provided not only HVAC training but basic plumbing and electrical know how.
