Hi my name is Lindsey Mian. I am currently based out of Hot Springs, Arkansas but I am willing to travel outside my normal working area. Up to 75 miles if need be. I've been cleaning residential houses now for 5 plus years. I spent 3 years cleaning in Memphis TN. Then spent over a year cleaning houses in Southern California. I'm a hard worker and always committed to getting the job done right the first time. I work 24 hours a day so if you have an emergency job or just prefer to have your cleanings done later at night let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate!! Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly customers get a discount for staying with us. I have some small commercial cleaning jobs as well so majority of offices and smaller commercial cleaning jobs I'd be happy to accommodate for. I mainly work alone but have an extra set of hands if need be. So let me know what you need and I'll be happy to work with you and around your schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on how much work needs to be done. I work with flat rates but if a place needs a deeper cleaning I will discuss it with you. It all depends on how much you need done. I give weekly customers the best discounts of up to 10 percent off. The more I clean for you the better deal you will receive!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started cleaning while I lived in Memphis TN. I enjoyed it and just continued on to owning my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many types. From big 4,000 sqft houses to lofts that are only 700sqft. I have worked air bnb's out of Southern California and Santa Monica area. Also have cleaned smaller office buildings.
