Excellent company, they take care of every detail and were one of the lowest bidders but provided us with a quality bathroom with a lifetime guarantee. We will definitely use Chris again when we are ready to do our second bathroom.

Very impressive quality & attention to detail. My wife & I are extremely happy with his work he did for us. He is also very knowledgeable about his product & we knew early on that we were getting a far better product for a far more reasonable cost. He finished the bath within the timeframe he described and I highly recommend Chris.

I wanted new showers that were not made of cheap acrylic materials that most companies are selling these days. The quality of the product provided by Bathcrafters is obviously superior to the other “One day bathroom makeover” companies products. Chris’ experience shows in the excellent quality of his work. He did such a good job and at a fair price I had him redo a second shower for me. 100% recommend BathCrafters of Hot Springs.

Chris does very good Work showed up when he said he would worked long hours got your job done fast and kept his work area clean. He even worked the weekends to try and get the job done as fast as possible

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to keep my prices as competitive as possible by keeping my overhead low. I offer premium quality materials and excellent craftsmanship for an affordable price. I'm aware of what is available in the market and for the Hot Springs area, I'm quite certain that no one is offering the amount of value that I'm offering for the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin by exchanging either text messages or talking on the phone to get an idea for the scope of work. After that we get together at the customer's home and I will put together a price and a time frame for the customer to review. I like to give a firm price that will not change unless the customer makes changes. I think this is very important for the customer to be able to budget for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the remodeling business over 33 years ago and have spent the last 17 years doing only bathroom remodels. I estimate that I have done well over 1,000 bath remodels in that time.
