What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our services we require half down upon booking, and the other half upon completion. The reason for this is to cover the materials to do the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we are contacted by the client, we go do the measurements and the initial consultation, then we get started on the work either that day or the next following day.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Their budget, and their vision regarding what they want done…… pictures of their ideas from websites and magazines are always helpful.
