FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a consult call before we set the price - we want to make sure we are pricing the job fairly upfront. Some firms quote a price and bill based on hourly rates. I always present a price upfront and stick to it. If you're not satisfied with my work, you can pay what you think is fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a short consult call (no more than 30 minutes). I'll go over a list of questions designed to learn more about your business and package the services you want. From there, I'll give you a quote and send you a proposal. Once we have a signed proposal, the work can begin!
