FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on job type. I require a deposit including material cost plus 1/3 of labor. 1/3 labor payment at the half way point. When the job is completed and the customer is 100% satisfied with their service, you will receive a bill for the remaining 1/3 labor fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls to schedule an appointment for their free estimate. All estimates are done by me, founder and owner of WeCan Handyman Services. On some cases I am able to provide an estimate before I leave the client. Some jobs require a little more time.
