- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our first session together, the first 30 minutes would be free as I assess your physical abilities. I have a few packages that you are able to choose from, and I personally recommend that you start out with a 30 - 45 minute workout. If you have a budget that you are trying to work within, I'm willing to work with you on the price; I really want to make fitness available to everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue learning, watching, listening. Never think you know enough! I think it's important to set a good example. After all, your clients are a reflection of your teaching.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have been fortunate to have learned from the best. Billy Blanks, the creator of Tae Bo for example. I've also had the privilage to participate in the taping of the DVD series, Tae Bo LIVE. I've taught in Germany, Canada, and the U.S. over the last 12 yrs. I consider myself lucky to have had these opportunities. Speedball, created by Steve Feinberg, is one of my favorite workouts. It's always a fun time and people are loving it! Speedballers are definitely growing in numbers!
