Shane at natural State pest control is an UNSUNG HERO.
My father is a disabled veteran, retired United States Navy, and he has been fighting the worst bed bug infestation I have ever seen in my life. He had all but given up. I ended up having to file a report with the state public housing authority due to a lack of action on his landlord's part. After his landlord found out about the report, he filed a non-renewal of lease on my father, making homelessness imminent. That is when the landlord apparently made a call to natural State pest control. That had to be divine intervention because that one phone call effectively saved my father.
Shane offered to do a heat and chemical treatment on my father's apartment completely free of charge due to his status as a disabled veteran. He saw the level of infestation and was equally as disgusted as I have been. He has now informed me that not only is he not going to charge us for the initial heat treatment and chemical spray, but there will be a follow-up heat treatment if required and many chemical retreatments, all completely free of charge.

I cannot possibly recommend this company enough. It's people like Shane that give me hope in humanity. Literally crying while riding this review because I am so very grateful that my Daddy doesn't have to be fed on like a buffet anymore by these tiny little monsters.

11/10 would recommend. This is a company that has a moral compass and a conscience, which is so very rare to find in today's world.

I will scream it from the rooftops until I lose my voice how much I appreciate this company.

Highly recommended by two trusted sources- one being in the pest business (works for a different company) and someone who had experienced our same fate.
We can confirm Natural State exceeds the glowing reviews shared by others. From the initial call all the way through service, and even a check in text the day after service was completed, Natural State executed flawlessly. We never expected to be in the situation of having new furniture delivered with bed bugs, yet that is what happened. Natural State helped us through every step of the way. We opted for the heat treatment for our entire house. The 60 day guarantee brought a much needed relief. Shane and Jose were stellar!! Both professional, knowledgeable, respectful in all aspects. We have had an amazing experience with Natural State Pest Control and truly can’t recommend them enough. From the start, they addressed every concern we had and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which immediately put us at ease.
Before finding Natural State, we had another large pest control company try to sell us on an extremely expensive solution for a problem that didn’t actually exist. Something didn’t feel right, so we decided to get a second opinion and that’s when we found Natural State Pest Control.
They came out, performed a thorough and honest inspection, and explained what was really going on. The issue was much simpler and very common for our area. They treated it appropriately, and we haven’t had any problems since. We now use Natural State for regular pest treatments, and they have been taking great care of us, including with some insect issues we’ve had.
Every technician we’ve worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way they can. Our tech, Matt, is awesome and always professional and approachable.
We have the utmost respect for Natural State Pest Control and the work they do. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable. This is a great company, and we’re so glad we found them!

Jason was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, polite, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain exactly what he found and how he was going to treat it. We had a stubborn rodent & spider issue, but he took care of it quickly and efficiently. He even gave me great advice on how to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!"
