FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my pricing as competitive as possible keeping in mind that I may not always be able to beat everyone's price the old adage you get what you pay for didn't become a saying for no reason. Quality often costs a little more and I realize that not everyone is in the market to spend the same amount therfore I try to always offer a couple of payment options and price points.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet In person to discuss your unique needs and how I can best serve you. I love pictures so send me all the pics you want it only helps when I go to write a quote. Then once the details are worked out I schedule myself around your world so you have minimal interruption.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technical side of my business has been a 17 yr long journey through countless classes, webinars, self paced online classes and all the real world experience in the field. My woodworking started as just a self taught hobby that quickly took off and continues to gain traction as my wonderful customers spread the word. Thanks to all my loyal and amazing customers turned friends!
