Initially we had an issue where my leak was fixed but I was told that I would have to call someone else to fix the wall. I left a 2 star review and was contacted by paschal management who quickly had someone come out to fix the wall. Our local code enforcement happened to drive by and inquired as to why Paschal didn’t has a permit to do the work. The office handled this by obtaining the permit and coordinating a time for code enforcement to review. Santiago (very professional) cam out and repaired the wall, painted, and event retextured the wall so it looks like new. If you had a problem these guys will come out and make it right. I do highly recommend them for the professionalism, punctuality and follow through.

Asked for 40 gallon water heater,they claimed that they didn't have one so put a 50 gallon in. It is to bog for closet and have to force the door shut. They left without testing water pressure, had to have them return and correct the issue. another issue that had to bring to the technician. It was taken care of once I brought it up.

This company is top notch! They got me scheduled and fixed the same day! The customer service on the phone was very professional and helpful. The technician Stephen had my AC unit fixed within the hour of me calling. I wish it was a cheaper fix but he was so kind and professional that I was put at ease. I can't believe how fast and thorough the work was done! I even signed up for one of their monthly plans! Looking forward to working with them in the future!
