    I have a 5 step process I find works the best: 1) Meet with the customer 2) Discuss in detail 3) Provide a Quote 4) Perform the work in a timely manner 5) Follow up to ensure they are satisfied with the work.

    I have a Bachelors of Science in Engineering which gives me a very sound understanding of what will and won't work on a project.

    My family has been in contracting or building for over 30 years so it was a natural fit.
