I hired this man to do a job. He done a half ass job. In addition, he didn’t do parts of the job. We negotiated a price. However, he end up taking up the price. Terrible, terrible job.

Customer agreed to a bi-weekly cut at $55 at his mother’s property. I sent an estimate for trimming the hedge in question for $30. I arrived Tuesday and mowed the yard($50) and trimmed the hedge($30). As well as trimmed 4 other hedges the mother inquired about. I sent an invoice for $85 for the mowing and hedge trimming. Customer gets upset because the invoice was more than he anticipated.
I performed more services than agreed upon(with permission of property owner) for $5 more than the estimated price. I acknowledge my error in not getting confirmation from the person paying the invoice so I reduced the invoice to the $70 that the customer requested and ate the extra labor.
This review is completely unnecessary and doesn’t provide the entire scope of the situation.
