Lessons are intervals are at half hour $30, forty five minutes $40, and one hour at $45.00 using Zelle or The Cash App for payments . I pay fees out of each lesson to Thumbtack for each confirmed lead that books a lesson. I use the Zoom Conferencing app which is free
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure the Zoom app has been installed and they use the Zelle set up with their bank or The Cash App both are free and user friendly. Keeping lines of communication free flowing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a touring professional since 1985 and have taught many students from Boston,Colorado,New Mexico, North Carolina,Vermont, and Tennessee. Mentoring non music reading students to advanced level players, even studio and touring musicians. I have developed a method for any level student based off my 20 years of touring prior to attending two advanced music colleges in the late nineties, which covers ear training, timing, finger picking, hybrid flat picking, scales, chord structures and most importantly, collaborating with others you may know without being dependant on watching their moves! I always encourage students to select two favorite songs to learn. I cover many genres of music leaving you lots of options. For students out of town, I host private one on one lessons via the Zoom Conference app which is free and students use Zelle through their bank for simple efficient payments. Last week I finished a 6.5 month fall/winter Sunday brunch residency in Trinidad and have a loyal fan base coming to Pueblo, as I will also be touring the area this spring and summer on weekends at upscale brunch restaurants.
