When I first called my message went right to voicemail, but Mr. Smith called back in a matter of minutes. After discussing what I needed completed we confirmed an appointment and on that day Mr. Smith was right on time and gave me an estimate for the job. He was very professional and has a great demeanor. My job was completed in a very timely fashion and I was quite pleased with his work. I liked everything so well that Mr. Smith will be doing all of my lawn work this for sure.

John had a little problem with his mower breaking down, but he kept me informed and updated as to when it was expected to be repaired and showed up just when he said he would. He even offered me a discount to make up for the delay. He does very good work and my yard looks great.
