- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tile and Grout cleaning is priced by the square foot. Pressure washing is figured by the hour and carpet is by the room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk with new customers with undivided attention. I strive to treat every customer as they are my only customer. I work one on one with the customer to insure we both understand what they want and what they can expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 yrs in the service based industry. Top of the line factory training and real world experience.
