We had a great experience from the start with Napu and Bird; they focused on quality and were very professional throughout the entire process. Napu assisted me with all of the selections from flooring to underlayment; there were a lot of back and forth communications and he was very professional and responsive. We feel like we scored a high quality job by a very professional team, who were punctual, responsive and easy to work with. They completed our 320 foot room in one day, including: Removing trim, carpet and carpet pad, and fixed some squeaky spots in our subfloor. Then they installed the underlayment and began installation of the flooring -this is where we were so glad we hired a pro, he knew what he was doing and it shows. He took his time placing each piece and securing it. Then they installed the trim and T-molds. Once they were finished Napu talked us through how to maintain our floor for best results. Something that stood out during the process was, I loved how respectful they were in our home by keeping the site really clean removing carpet/carpet padding, and all trash from boxes of flooring as they went along -and they took it all to the dump as part of their process. They were really careful with making sure no sawdust was in the house and just saying again I loved how respectful they were in our home. I highly recommend Napu and Bird.
