We hired a Touch of Romance for a girls’ weekend cooking class. John accommodated is with 2 different lunch options, and helping us make a Mexican feast for dinner: street tacos with 3 kinds of meats, lime rice, Mexican corn, multiple condiments and fried apple pies. He taught knife skills, many kitchen shortcuts. Professional, patient, fun and educational! Jalisa helped keep the kitchen clean and our fishes washed. I would hire him again to teach cooking class! And for catering as well.
