I am a member of AIGA, American Institute of Graphic Arts, since 2009
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been drawn (sic) to design since I was a child. I played with my legos like a designer! I drew creative pictures for family and teachers. I organized my toys and stuffed animals then the same way that I continue to work through a problem for your marketing or design needs today! So I was really born with this skill set. I only found out that I could have a lifelong career in it after working at a production studio after college. There we had customers that we would produce audio and video productions for that had the need of marketing materials (logos, album covers, flyers, supplemental sales materials) and I stepped up to help them. That caught the eye of some design shops and the rest, as they say, is history!

Branding/Identity, Marketing Materials, Identity Systems/Signage, Apparel designs, Advertising, Desktop & Mobile Websites with Google Analytics SEO & Social Media Integration
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm always proud of my work these days, really I am! I have some great, great clients! Recently though I'm very proud of my work with Carter Team Sports and US Stations. Great people, great companies, great work!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around, talk to people, REALLY look at those portfolios... lots of fake work or "widgets", as I like to call them. Projects that only saw the light of day while in a college design program. Not real, ground level, results. After some research, I think you'll find, that you should hire the pro not based on price but on hiring the pro that will get the job done, on-time, affordable and with a high level of precision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am extremely passionate about what I do helping people with my knowledge of marketing, advertising and shooting them straight about the world of websites. Too many companies out there would like to keep you in the dark, while I believe you should be completely involved in the entire process, have ownership and access to all your files from the moment you hire me.
