- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've always prided myself on offering ad agency quality and results at a design boutique pricing. Being a company of one allows me to be agile and with less overhead (no employees, offices, expense accounts, etc.) allows me to be extremely affordable without compromising a professional and effective final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call it The Uncaging Process! It entails the following: Brand Determination/Discovery Brand Development Website Discovery Website Development Marketing Development Project Support Each of these items are vitally important to secure your project's success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to enter this business, after college, at a great time of transition. I was able to learn from 30+ year professionals of traditional advertising and graphic design. I was mentored by them and I still carry their legacy forward while transferring that knowledge into the 21st century technology but not losing what made it work before we had internet and social media. I am also a member of AIGA, American Institute of Graphic Arts, since 1997.
