- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small equipment (up to lawn tractor size) is $60 for first hour and & $12.50 for each additional 15 minutes. Medium size equipment (Bobcats and mini-excavators) is $90 for first hour and & $20 for each additional 15 minutes. We do not write separate service tickets on additional equipment and therefore can potentially save our customers money on their entire service call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure that our process is laid out up front in easy to understand terms and to let them know that the job will be done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Update schools are a must in this industry as it is quite dynamic. New features are added nearly every year.
