- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, honest pricing with no surprises. Our standard service call fee is $59 during regular business hours, and that fee is waived when approved work is performed. For after-hours, weekend, and emergency service, a $100 emergency dispatch fee applies. Before any repairs are performed, our licensed technician will diagnose the issue, explain the recommended solution, and provide pricing for your approval. No work begins without your authorization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the plumbing issue and scheduling a convenient appointment. When our technician arrives, they will perform an evaluation, explain the cause of the problem, and provide repair options with upfront pricing. Once approved, we complete the work, test the repair, and make sure everything is functioning properly before we leave. Our goal is to provide professional service, clear communication, and lasting solutions for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pipe Master Plumbing is fully licensed and insured. Our work is performed by experienced, licensed Master Plumbers with extensive training in residential and commercial plumbing systems. We stay current with industry standards, plumbing codes, and best practices to ensure every repair, installation, and replacement is completed safely, professionally, and to code.
