- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a diagnostic fee if the customer doesn't approve the repairs or if the warranty is denied and customer doesn't want repairs done. Diagnostics are $15.00 for power tools, $35.00 for push mowers and small equipment, and $50.00 for riding mowers and large equipment. We offer a 10% military discount on all repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get all your contact information and then check in your equipment. You then receive a work order with all our information on it, it states what you are dropping off, what the issues are, and what the diagnostic charges will be if applicable. Once we look at your unit, we would call you with an estimate before any repairs are done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians attend update and training classes for Kohler, Cub Cadet, Exmark, Briggs, and more. We also complete online training throughout the year. All our technicians have at least 15 years experience.
