Aire Serv installed an iWave air purifier into our system. My 3 year old has really bad allergies. We had tried all the over the counter allergy medicines and were even going through allergy testing because he was having so many ear infections, fevers, and cough even while taking anti-histamines. Since this device was installed, we have had ZERO allergy symptoms! These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, and professional. We will be using Aire Serv for all of our services! Thanks a bunch!

My business is in the process of going smoke free. I called Aire Serv of Fort Smith to come clean my coils on my inside and outside unit. The tech was very informative and also was able to hook me up with a system to help with my air quality. In addition, I was spending almost $100 a year on cheap air filters for my unit. They were able to order me a reusable filter of much better quality for less than a case of filters. Its like I actually saved money by calling Aire Serv. Ill never use anyone else. Thanks guys. Update......ended up updating my existing a/c system as it wasnt performing up to my needs. AireServ helped me figure out exactly what I needed to maintain the desired temperatures needed for the hot summer ahead. Couldnt be happier with my two additional mini split systems. Thanks AireServ!!

I requested service online and got a call quickly. The tech set an appt and offered some operator level trouble shooting advice but determined the service was necessary. He came out promptly and found the issue. A part was needed and I appreciate that the tech communicated price and options before beginning the additional work. The part was installed after an express delivery and the unit was serviced for efficiency.The issue turned out to be rather complicated and I saw the price of the part online and I feel like I was undercharged. The tech stated they offered a discount for my profession. The system is working well but I will use this business again if needed or when I decide to upgrade my old 17 year old system. I was very impressed with the service and price and I will absolutely call them again.

Tony Hughes was my on site technician and he was phenomenal. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I actually need them on July 4th and they came out. He came by when he said he would be there. Will definitely be using Aire Serv for all my heating and air needs in the future.
