We hired Renov8 to remodel our master bath. We had a shower and tub combo and wanted a big walk-in shower with an overhead and wall shower head. The end result is unbelievable. It is gorgeous! And exactly what we wanted. The professionalism, quality, and value is beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Renov8 for any project - big or small.

Randy Stringer of Renov8 Design+Build, LLC wasn’t able to manage the job due to poor communication skills and an inability to schedule work in sequence for a multistage project. Because of this the work that was performed caused additional costs and issues. This was a multistage job and Randy was paid $10,000 for the work he performed before his services were terminated. The work of his subcontractors was very good and we have no complaints. After separating from Randy his subcontractors wanted to continue the job but Randy wouldn’t let them. As of now, the work has gone on and is almost complete. I don’t recommend Renov8 Design+Build, LLC for a large project.

Terry, thank you for your business! We hated to see you go as a client but regardless of the miscommunication, we hope you are pleased with the work we provided.
To start, we successfully completed three other phases of construction at your residence, for which you were extremely pleased, prompting you to ask for another phase of construction to be performed by Renov8 Design+Build, LLC.
In this construction phase, you asked for an itemized bid, for which a detailed bid had already been provided to you. When you did not receive the itemized bid, you went against our company policy by contacting our subcontractors directly to obtain their pricing, for which you had been asked on multiple occasions not to do so. This puts our subcontractors in an awkward situation, and as they work for us, they simply do not provide services without our direction.
We discussed these issues with you and even allowed you to work directly with various trades to save you money, basically managing your project at no cost to you. At that time, you became frustrated with our business and left a negative review, which does not reflect the services you received.
We apologize for any miscommunication you may have received but we could not continue our business relationship with a client who does not respect our company policies.
