I had a garbagedisposal that stopped working. The motor would make a noise, but the blades would not spin. I told the contractor Ryan about the issue, he came to my house (short notice), identified the problem within less than 3 minutes, fixed it, and was on his way. He was very informative. If I knew then what he taught me about the issue, I would have saved on more money. However, Faith By The Sea's pricing was fair (no complaints). Besides, my problems could have been a lot more than what it was, so I am thankful. I will be using this business again.

Loved working with this company. Tremendous amount of work in one day. Got French drains put in and now feel ready for the next hurricane. Wish it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for, and I believe what I’m getting is probably the best quality drains in my neighborhood.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our service process immediately starts with the dispatch! Once you contact us, we will offer our guaranteed flat rate, when you choose to move forward we will give you our soonest available time and simply ask for the service address. We will then let you know the name of your service technician and he or she will make sure they text/call you 30 minutes prior to service!
