Jay was excellent! I am lucky to have found him! He was responsive and dependable, plus flexible with my schedule. He arrived on time and honored the estimate he had given me, even though there was an unexpected complication. He was personable yet professional; he explained to me the issues with my water heater and efficiently fixed them. Quality work at a great value!
