We were looking at a total system replacement and They presented me with the best estimate out of 6 estimates that I got. When I compared all estimates, they were the best price for the best equipment. Andrew & AJ did a great job on the installation. Then we came up with questions and Jason came out and answered every one of them in a way that we understood, not so technical and over my 71 year old mind. Kinty Jones is now our go to team for HVAC.

It started with a repair call to ascertain whether my 20 year old unit could handle another repair. Josh was great and offered several suggestions including having Joe In sales offer several new solutions. Joe suggested a half split that was 49% less than a traditional HVAC system. The unit was installed inside of a week by AJ and Travis who did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the product, the service, and the communication through Kaylin.

We are so very grateful for the fast and efficient service we received from Kinty Jones. Our AC went out on the hottest day so far this year. They fixed us up ASAP (2 days). Fortunately, we have 2 units so we could live upstairs, but we were very impressed with the fast service. Thank you.
