It started with a repair call to ascertain whether my 20 year old unit could handle another repair. Josh was great and offered several suggestions including having Joe In sales offer several new solutions. Joe suggested a half split that was 49% less than a traditional HVAC system. The unit was installed inside of a week by AJ and Travis who did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the product, the service, and the communication through Kaylin.

We were looking at a total system replacement and They presented me with the best estimate out of 6 estimates that I got. When I compared all estimates, they were the best price for the best equipment. Andrew & AJ did a great job on the installation. Then we came up with questions and Jason came out and answered every one of them in a way that we understood, not so technical and over my 71 year old mind. Kinty Jones is now our go to team for HVAC.

My old air conditioner conked out. Jason, the technician who first came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me a choice of options and was super knowledgeable about the questions I asked.Kaylin at the office returned calls promptly and set up appointments in a timely manner.The crew that came to replace my unit worked tirelessly and did a good job of cleaning up after they left.Other companies I consulted would not apply the cost of a diagnostic visit to the final cost of the repair. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on system replacements and an $89 diagnostic fee for repairs, which is waived when you move forward with the recommended repair. We’re also proud to offer special discounts for seniors, military members, teachers, and first responders as a small way of showing our appreciation for those who serve our community.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require an onsite diagnostic prior to quoting any repairs or replacements. We also offer free second opinions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed, insured, and have passed background checks.
