Kelly was invaluable!!! As the mother of the groom and living 10 hours away from where the event was to happen, I knew I needed help. I chose her over the phone based on the fact that she was so easy to talk to and SHE RESPONDED!!! Others didn’t. That was my first hint she would be dependable. As far as the weekend of the actual events, she was everything I had hoped for. She worked around our unusual circumstances. She was willing to travel to Little Rock for the rehearsal which helped us a great deal. She was always on time and when things got crazy, she forged ahead with a smile. She had my back!!! You felt like you were working alongside a long time family friend. One thing she did that has proven to be “especially special” was she snapped a picture of the guys when they thought no one was looking. The guys were praying before the wedding. This picture brought tears to my eyes and will forever be one of my favorites from the wedding. Thank you Kelly for making a quick judgement call to take that picture. Obviously, we would recommend Kelly to anyone. We were VERY pleased with her work (and it was work). We made a good call in hiring her. Thank you Kelly

I enjoyed working with you, and Ligia ( and Jordan!) to create her vision of the perfect wedding! It was beautiful! And I am so happy that I captured that moment for you. When I walked up to get the guys, and saw them praying, my first thought was how special! I hate the photographers are not here! So I just peeked in the window, so I didn't disrupt them, and took it myself! And I am forever glad I did. It was a touching moment! And I especially loved when Ligia's Dad came to me at the end of the night, with a translator, just to tell me what a great job I had done all day. That meant a lot to me, considering the language barrier, but your words mean even more!~ I can't say thanks enough! You guys were a pleasure! And I wish them all the best!

Because of Kelly, as the mother of the bride, I was able to really enjoy the day of the wedding with my daughter. I had originally hired Kelly just to be at the chapel during the ceremony because it was required by that venue; but I received advice to have a coordinator for the entire day. my daughter and I planned the wedding and Kelly coordinated making those plans happen on the day of. It was a destination wedding so I was not familiar with vendors in the area. She helped by recommending vendors. Kelly let me ship items to her that she brought the day of. On the day of I thought everything was ready at the reception so I told Kelly to just meet us at the chapel. Kelly decided to run by and check the reception venue anyway and thank goodness she did as there were many logistical things that were left undone that would have caused some last minute problems. She kept everything and everyone on schedule. She was wonderful and I highly recommend Kelly to coordinate your event.

Very professional! I have been doing wedding planning and event designs for over 17 years. I was not familiar with Hot Springs at all and needed a wedding coordinator; Kelly did an outstanding job making sure the wedding ran smoothly. There was no drama and the flow of events ran beautifully thanks to her wedding coordinating talents. She was VERY professional and implemented every detail that was asked to be carried out. I would give her 6 stars out of 5 if that were an option. ~ Cindy🌾

Pricing is usually based on the service needed, and the amount of time you will need us to assist with your event. Whether that be coordinating, or filming.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a consultation. Whether that be via text, email, phone call, or meeting. So that I can fully understand what your needs are and make sure to personalize my services for you, videography, coordinating, or photography.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience has been my best teacher. I have over 15 years experience in the wedding industry, but my professional camera training was done under John Cooksey at Elite Video. One of the best in the country at his trade. He is an amazing mentor and friend. He loaned me my first camera, helped me dig into my creativity, criticized my work to make me better, and has given me business advice ever since. After filming literally hundreds of events, I started to organize them as well. These two things just go hand in hand for me. Organization, and creativity. Over 10 years ago, I started the Hot Springs Bridal Show, which I later turned over to Garvan Gardens, who still organizes the event annually for the Hot Springs area.
