Pastor Jason’s advertised rate is $150. My message to him was that we wanted a simple ceremony, no guests, no pomp just us and the officiant. His response was “yes for $500”. Bait and switch! How despicable considering the emotions involved in this type of ceremony!

What Jim neglects to mention is he wanted a wedding Christmas Eve with a few days notice. It states my rates may be different for holidays. He also wanted to drive a roundtrip of several hours.
