- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and sometimes negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show up on time, clean cut, dressed like you are ready to work but don’t where the oldest pair of painting attire you own. Shake hands introduce yourself and who will be working in there home or business. Then go from there. Be polite, let the homeowner talk so you don’t butt in, that is one of the main things. People do not like to be talked over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught and been to a lot of show on new products for all the major painting retail stores. Ex: Sherwin Williams, Pittsburgh paint, Benjamin Moore, Anchor paint.
