From initial phone conversation through the design phase to final installation I have 100% customer satisfaction as my goal for each project that I choose to take on. I give personal attention to every detail given to me by my customer and offer suggestions on design whenever I see something that I believe my customer may wish as a change to initial drawings or consultation. I enjoy the possibilities available when in the design phase as it allows me to " think outside the box " on what may seem like a standard procedure in Cabinet / Furniture Making.
