Living in Little Rock without airconditioning in September is like trying to bake cookies… except the oven is your whole house, and you are the cookie. When my AC went out, I was about five minutes away from moving into the frozen food aisle at Kroger.
Thankfully, the repair crew swooped in like heroes with tool belts, and within an hour, my house went from “sauna chic” back to “Southern comfort.” I can now sit on my couch without melting into it, and it no longer feels like sleeping in a Bikram yoga studio.
Five stars—because anyone who saves you from becoming human jerky in an Arkansas summer deserves it.

Great company to work with, professional and on time! Service tech nathan was great! He came and did a thorough inspection due to my AC unit not working,found several issues and sent a detailed report to my home warranty company. Based off his detailed report, I was able to get my 4ton package unit replaced! Very grateful for them and their service. Highly recommend them!!

Bright HVAC is absolutely the best! They came out and helped me replace my airconditioning system, making the process very affordable and stress-free. The financing options they offer made the whole process seamless! I am now enjoying my new Amana AC system which cane with an incredible warranty, that gives me total peace of mind. From the start Nathan (owner) was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of on the installation, and the equipment warranty process was complete. Also a shout out to Logan, the initial technician, he was extremely thorough, helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending Bright HVAC to everyone I know!
