K’s Kreations (Keri) arrived on time and immediately we had a problem with the tent. There were no poles to fasten the chiffon fabric panels to the tent. However, Keri came up with an idea to fasten the hula hoop to the top. We got the fabric up and draped from the center of the tent to the outer 12 poles. We placed lighting into each panel. We hit a couple of snags but she stayed calm and in the end it all turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend K’s Kreations.

My wedding was lord of the rings themed and i was too busy to get it all together. Plus im not a designer and needed more focus on how to put this all together. I found kari on thumbtack. She actually reached out to me and other designers had taken weeks to respond to me but kari responded the day i put out the search. She was very familiar with my theme and had such amazing suggestions I basically surrendered the entire project to her.. she has more pictures then i do because unfortunately i was so busy at the wedding And have not received my photos yes but the place looked incredible.. she brought to life my fantasy to life!!! Kari is kind and reasonably priced and is also great with working within your budget... im sure when babies come ill Have her decorate the baby shower!!!

Kari created a beautiful atmosphere for our wedding, and she did it with grace, understanding of our vision and and on a limited budget! She worked quietly in a timely fashion (there was only four months between engagement and wedding day) and she never left me feeling stressed out. Kari was patient in her adaptability to the changes we made along the planning process (at all stages - even down to the “eleventh hour”), and was also excellent at making suggestions in certain areas where we didn’t have a clue what we wanted. I believe Kari is gifted at this because she values the individuality of her clients and takes the time to get to know them personally so she can make organic decisions that feel authentic and true to her clients. I would highly recommend such a creative partnership with Kari when it comes to event planning, organising and decorating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to do the best I can to make your dreams come true within your budget range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation meeting. If the customer thinks we’re a fit we will move to a budget meeting. Then to finalize all the decor we will have a mock up meeting where the customer will be able to see a full scale mock-up of their decor where final changes are made. Then the day of the event my team and I will decorate the venue. We will then tear down after the event. We will dispose of unwanted items in the most green way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of QC Career School’s design/ event decor program. I also have many years of decorating for others in my spare time.
