pricing will always be very fair, but will vary depending on time frame and difficulty.

If we are able to agree on a price for the work needed, then we will work out a time frame that will work well for the new customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home improvement field since 2005. During that time I have done everything from basic home repairs and painting, all the way to building complete houses from the ground up.
