We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Small businesses with fewer than 25 employees qualify for 33% off our standard rates. Every project is customized to your specific needs and budget, so pricing is discussed upfront during your discovery call. Payment is required before work begins. Important: You pay for it, you own it. All websites and social media accounts created belong to you, not us. No surprises, no fine print, just honest pricing for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent. First, we schedule a 15-20 minute discovery call to understand your business, goals, and challenges. Next, we develop a customized strategy based on your needs and budget. Once you approve our proposal and contract, we assign your project to our specialized team. For websites, you'll see initial design concepts within 14 business days. For ongoing services like paid ads or social media, campaigns launch within 2 weeks. Throughout the process, you'll receive regular updates and performance reports. We believe in educating our clients, so you'll always understand what we're doing and why.
