I will update this review if we use their services to update our bathroom, but just based on the estimate/quote and time they spent speaking with me and explaining possible issues with the leak in our master bathroom they deserve 5 stars. Robert was an absolute angel! Robert went above and beyond at every point of our appointment and pointed out other possible issues and ways to fix them. He explained all of my options and made it easy to understand for those that are not plumbing inclined.

Thermostat came off the wall and broke. Ended up having to get the user interface and controller replaced because the ribbon cable tore when the user interface hit the floor.

Dillan came out and gave us an appraisal on a New unit, and went over financing and all our options. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth and just kind. After we decided which unit we wanted and went over details we were contacted later that day to set up a time and date for installation, which went great. They showed up and were very professional with the installation. They offered to take our old unit and dispose of it for us, which we decided to keep it. After about 6-8 hrs they had us going and cooling off much better than our old unit. The installers were very nice and friendly and cleaned up the mess before leaving . I'm very pleased with Paschal air and highly recommend them!!Thank youScott and Amy AldenUpdate: I'm on the fence now after posting the above review, not going to get into it all, but some things have happened that make me want to pull this review.
